Once your chicken tenders are breaded, lightly spray each one with cooking spray and place into the air crisper basket of your Ninja Foodi, in a single layer. Then, you work your way across, first coating your chicken strips in flour, then the egg, and finally the breadcrumb mixture. Then you need to set up your dredging station! You’ll need your flour in one small bowl, the beaten eggs in another small bowl, and your breadcrumbs and seasonings mixed together in a third bowl. You do want to make sure that they’re about the same thickness though, so that you don’t wind up with some being overdone while others are underdone. Some of them may end up being longer than others, and that’s totally fine. I typically cut each breast into strips lengthwise. Meanwhile, combine all the ingredients for the creamy honey mustard dip in a small bowl, and set aside. Repeat until all the chicken strips are cooked (you will need to work in batches).
